Refund policy

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the nature of our retreats and limited availability, the following policy applies:

 

Deposits & Payments

All bookings require full payment or a non-refundable deposit to secure your place.

 

Cancellations by You

• More than 14 days before the retreat:
  You may request a transfer of your booking to a future retreat date (subject to availability).
• Within 14 days of the retreat:
  Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

No Shows

If you do not attend the retreat, your booking will be forfeited and no refund will be provided.

 

Transfers

In some cases, you may transfer your booking to another person if you are unable to attend. Please contact us to arrange this.

 

Cancellations by Us

If we need to cancel or reschedule the retreat for any reason, you will be offered:

• A full refund, or
• A transfer to a future date

 

Important Notes

Accommodation and catering are arranged in advance, which is why refunds are limited.
